Kelly continues, "Not all of these compositions are "love songs" in the traditional sense of loving someone else. Some songs are about self-love and finding the personal strength and dignity to walk away from unhealthy relationships. The remaining songs are about learning, healing, and ultimately allowing ourselves to love and be loved."
