Again, let's talk about what we are up against. The Earth is an awfully large planet and there are all sorts of people on it. A larger percentage of those people are now able to create music than ever before in the history of the world. Also, the entire world's population now has access to all of this new music. The bottomline is that most Earthlings don't know who our artists are (YET!). LittleDitty.com recognized this fact a long time ago and has devised a strategy to allow people to sort through music that they know nothing about and find songs, bands and performers that they truly enjoy. The songs, CD's and Artists are all indexed in our LittleDittyBase by the Artist themselves. We allow you to describe your songs, CD's and yourselves in the Back-Stage Area.
The consumer (or Music Hunter) can then enter a plain english sentence to describe their desired mood, content, genre, musician, instruments, lyric... whatever. The LittleDittyBase search engine will then present a list of songs, CD's and Artists to match their mood. We believe that this feature offers a distinct advantage to all of our Artists in targeting new listeners and fans.
Our Backstage area allows you to maintain your portion of the site, when you want to. With your Backstage pass you are in control of your CD notes, Artists notes, members, Live events Calander, and search engine indexing (among other things). The only barrier to changing your information on the site is you. Oh Yeah, no swearing or porno stuff or you will be banished from the site.
